We strive to provide reliable, high-quality products for our customers. FLO-TruBalance® products include a limited one-year warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal use.
This warranty applies to defects in materials or workmanship that occur during regular use during the one-year warranty period from the date of delivery.
What does the warranty not cover?
Damage caused by careless use, an accident, a natural disaster or other circumstances
Damage caused by disassembling or modifying the product\\\
Physical impact on the product thermally, chemically or external sources
Water damage of any sort as the product is only water-resistant
Repairs made by third party
Lost or stolen products
Damage caused by exposure to extreme temperatures or improper storage
How do I file a warranty claim?
FLO provides a one-year limited warranty for FLO-TruBalance® products that are found to be defective under normal use during the warranty period.
If your device is experiencing issues, you may submit a warranty claim through our support form.
Our team will review the claim and determine whether the issue qualifies under the warranty policy.
Process of submitting a claim:
The user must provide sufficient details of the defected item and visible proof depicting the defects
May be necessary to return an item for quality inspection
Provide as much information on the defect along with personal information and contact number
It can take up to 2 weeks after the claim and product has been sent for inspection
Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the defect is confirmed to be a manufacturing issue.
Suggestions to help prolong and maximize product lifespan
Keep the product away from water or moist areas that would cause the product to be damaged
Keep pets away to avoid from being chewed or destroyed
Store product in room temperature
Shut off the device when not in use
Store the product in a box or case after each use
Treat the product with proper maintenance and care
